CampusGenius is an agile team with a passion for mobile communications and innovative software solutions. If you’re familiar with 3GPP specifications, Service-Based Architecture, Virtualised Network Functions, NPFCP, or Time Sensitive Networks, and have hands-on experience implementing network protocols and stacks, you’ll feel right at home here. What you’ll do:

Plan, install, and integrate mobile radio networks
Commission systems on customer sites, run site acceptance tests, and perform error analysis -
Collaborate closely with our software developers on integration and feature tests

Provide internal and external support by identifying and resolving issues, and implementing solutions as part of incident and problem management

Deliver on-site training and technical instructions for our customers

Document technical solutions and configurations clearly

Work independently with strong analytical skills and a solution-driven mindset

Contribute to a supportive team environment where engineers grow together
What you’ll bring:
-
A university degree in information technology, information systems technology, communication engineering/electronics, automation technology, or a similar field (bachelor’s, master’s, or diploma), or equivalent training with relevant professional experience

Solid technical understanding of network architecture, ideally including mobile communication architecture, plus familiarity with common virtualisation tools (e.g. Docker)

Experience with IPv4 and IPv6, IP routing (v4 and v6), secure tunnelling (IPSec, OpenVPN, WireGuard)

Knowledge of build, control, integration, automation, and/or orchestration tools
-
Motivation to put your knowledge to use — at your PC, in the lab, or at the customer’s site

Willingness to travel and very good written and spoken German; English is a plus

A curiosity to learn fast and dive into new technologies
